The last full week of school! Now time is going by even faster than ever. We met our new Grade 1 teachers and class mates this week, and although Ms V and Ms Nora were very sad to see us climb the stairs to a higher level, they know that the future holds many success stories for all of us.
We were very excited to visit our Grade 4 buddies and comment on the lovely projects they created and shared with us. Well done Grade 4 buddies!
Thank you to the PA for sponsoring a puppet show on Thursday. We really enjoyed it and had many laughs.
When we returned from the puppet show it was our favourite time of the week.... MYSTERY READER!! Thank you to Jeff, (Hana's dad) for reading two of our favourite stories to us. And thank you Ms Angela for bringing in those delicious donuts to celebrate Hana's birthday a little earlier.
We had another early birthday celebration - Happy birthday to Sophie in the holidays. Thank you Mr & Mrs Kay for the yummy cupcakes today. Who can guess how they were decorated? Of course, Sophie's passion for cats could not be ignored.
AND... AT LAST.... our popcorn party! We helped Ms Nora to pop the popcorn in the microwave today. Thank you Ms Nora! YUMMY!!!
So we have once again come to the end of another school week in K2AvS. We are looking forward to the Disco at 12:30 and then a class party at 1:00 pm on Monday. REMEMBER WE CAN WEAR PLAY CLOTHES OR PARTY CLOTHES TO SCHOOL ON MONDAY!
